Monthly fees are non-refundable once classes have started. Pre-class refunds possible within 3 days of start.
No refunds for change of mind, device issues, misconduct, or false information.
Email info@almurtazaacademy.com with proof of admission, payment, and reason. Refund within 7–10 working days.
All processes are governed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and IT Act, 2000.
