Admission – Terms & Conditions

1. General Guidelines

  • Online admission is offered for Quranic, Islamic, and language-based courses.
  • Students must provide authentic personal and educational information during registration.
  • Admissions are subject to verification and approval by the Academy administration.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must be of sound mind and capable of understanding the course content.
  • International students must comply with online study guidelines applicable in their own country.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees must be paid via UPI or other approved payment methods before the beginning of the month. Payment screenshots must be uploaded during the form submission.

4. Identification and Verification

  • All applicants must upload a valid ID (Aadhaar/Passport/etc.).
  • Payment screenshot and course selection must be attached with the form.
  • International students must provide valid proof of identity and address.

5. Conduct & Discipline

  • Students must follow the class timings and attend sessions regularly.
  • Misconduct or disrespectful behavior towards teachers or fellow students may lead to cancellation of admission.
  • Any violation of academy rules may result in suspension or expulsion.

6. Certification

  • Digital certificates may be awarded upon successful completion of a course, subject to attendance and assessment.
  • Certificate is issued only in the student’s registered name.

7. Privacy & Data Policy

  • Student information will be kept confidential and used solely for educational and administrative purposes.
  • The academy complies with applicable Indian privacy norms and avoids sharing personal data with any third party.

8. Refund Policy

  • Admission and tuition fees are non-refundable except in case of administrative error or class cancellation.

  • This admission process is designed in accordance with Indian laws.
  • International students must ensure that enrolling in foreign religious or educational online programs does not violate their country's legal or immigration policies.

  • The Academy reserves the right to amend any terms or reject an application without providing a reason.
  • The decision of the Academy’s administration shall be final in all admission-related matters.
